Former United States President Donald Trump is "obviously thinking" about presidential candidacy in 2024, his son-in-law Jared Kushner said in a Sky News interview published on Friday.
Trump "had the economy running so well," his former senior advisor told the British media organization, while also attributing the coronavirus vaccine success and "peace in the world" to the ex-commander-in-chief. The ongoing conflict in Ukraine "never would have happened" if Trump was still in the White House, Kushner claimed.
Speaking about the US Department of Justice's investigation into Trump's handling of classified documents, Kushner noted that it "seems like it's an issue of paperwork that should have been able to be worked out between the DoJ and him."
