United States President Donald Trump expressed his condolences to the families of the victims of the Hudson River helicopter crash, which claimed the lives of the pilot as well as two adults and three children.
In a post on Truth Social, Trump wrote, "God bless the families and friends of the victims," saying that the footage of the accident was "horrendous."
Additionally, he said that US Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy, as well as his staff, were "on it," promising "announcements as to exactly what took place and how will be made shortly."
