Trump selects Chad Chronister as DEA administrator

United States President-elect Donald Trump issued a statement announcing his intention to nominate Chad Chronister for administrator of the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).

"For over 32 years, Sheriff Chad Chronister has served the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, and received countless commendations and awards for keeping his community SAFE," Trump said.

The President-elect further stated that Chronister will cooperate with Pam Bondi, his nominee for attorney general to stop drug trafficking via the US-Mexican border.
