United States President Donald Trump signed on Tuesday a new set of executive orders, including one to ensure "election integrity" through a series of steps, including "cutting down" illegal immigrants' voting rights.
Trump also inked an order to investigate law firms that were allegedly involved in "the weaponization of government" through legal cases against the incumbent president. Furthermore, he instructed the declassification of the Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI) files on Crossfire Hurricane, the probe into the alleged links between Trump's 2016 presidential campaign and Russia, which he repeatedly denied.
Additionally, Trump signed an executive order to push the Treasury to modernize its payment system in an effort to reduce fraud within government agencies and another one to enhance the protection of money issued by and through the department.
