United States President-elect Donald Trump shared on Friday that Microsoft co-founder and philanthropist Bill Gates requested a meeting with him at the Mar-a-Lago residence tonight.
Following Trump's election win, big names from the tech industry have lined up to meet with the president-elect, pledging donations and support as the Republican prepares to return to the White House in January.
Earlier this month, Trump met with Amazon founder Jeff Bezos at his Florida residence. Apple CEO Tim Cook was also expected to meet with the president-elect, following a private meeting last month between Trump and Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg.
