EPA-EFE/ALLISON DINNER

Former United States President and the Republican nominee in the 2024 election Donald Trump announced on Tuesday he and his Democratic opponent, Vice President Kamala Harris, will have a television debate on ABC News on September 10.

Writing on Truth Social, Trump confirmed the debate will be broadcast from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He said that ABC insisted the event would be organized as "fair and equitable" while describing the network as "fake news" and "by far the nastiest and most unfair newscaster in the business."

Furthermore, Trump claimed that Harris refused to do a debate on Fox News on September 4. "A possible third Debate, which would go to NBC FAKE NEWS, has not been agreed to by the Radical Left," he added.
