Former United States President Donald Trump described on Monday the court decision to impose a partial gag order in the federal case that tries his alleged efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 election as "so unconstitutional."

"I'm not allowed to criticize people," Trump made a simple conclusion at a rally in Adel, Iowa. "We will be appealing it very quickly ... The good thing is we have so much support it's incredible."

Trump then accused his successor Joe Biden's administration of weaponizing the Justice Department (DoJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). He also insisted he was the only person whose popularity jumped after they were indicted.
