Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya confirmed on Wednesday that the initial count of the terrorist attack that targeted the headquarters of Turkish Aerospace Industries in Ankara left three people dead and 14 wounded. Although it is not clear yet, he mentioned two gunmen "were neutralized."

A CNN-verified video captured the moment an explosion hit the headquarters. Following the blast, a person with a firearm is seen running through what looks like a parking lot.

Meanwhile, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte expressed deep concern over the casualties, confirmed he had a conversation with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and pledged the Alliance's support.
