Twitter shareholders are expected to vote on whether the platform will be sold to Elon Musk by late July or early August, the company's management told employees.
According to a report published by CNBC on Wednesday, Twitter agreed to share its internal tweet analyzing data with Musk as part of his request about the number of bots on the platform.
The so-called "firehose" doesn't include access to confidential information such as personal details of Twitter users, the report concluded.
