The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said on Wednesday that two rockets were launched from the central Gaza Strip at southern Israel, triggering air raid sirens in Israel's southern communities.
One of the projectiles was intercepted by air defenses, while the second hit the area of the border community of Zimrat, the military said in a statement.
No casualties have been reported so far.
