United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken (pictured) met with Argentinian Foreign Minister Diana Mondino in Buenos Aires to sign a framework of understanding to reestablish high-level strategic dialogue.

"This high-level dialogue that we’re now re-establishing really reflects the strengthening of this relationship, whether it’s on democracy and human rights, whether it’s on economic growth, science and technology, cultural and educational cooperation, among many other areas," Blinken said. He added the US is looking forward to carrying out the framework and having the dialogue starting in 2025.
