The much-anticipated address may offer clues to markets as to what path interest rates should take in the near future.
The Dow Jones gained 0.39% at 4:28 am ET, while The Nasdaq 100 added 0.79%, and the S&P 500 rose 0.54%. The euro was down by 0.18% against the dollar at 4:27 am ET, selling for $1.08261.
