The Ukraine Armed Forces reported Tuesday that a large-scale air attack involving 60 "enemy" drones overnight, including Shahed UAVs, was launched from Bryansk, Millerovo, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk in Russia.
Using Telegram, Kiev said that air defense units, electronic warfare teams, and mobile fire groups countered the attack, shooting down 36 drones in multiple regions, including Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kiev, and Chernihiv. Additionally, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, and Khmelnytskyi also witnessed confirmed interceptions.
The Defense Forces reported that 23 drones, primarily simulators, were neutralized through location disruption without causing harm. A separate UAV was downed during the flight.
