Serhiy Lysak, governor of Dnipropetrovsk region announced in a Telegram post on Friday that at least 10 people were killed and dozens were wounded in the latest Russian attack on Ukraine.
According to the post, about 15 people were injured and four were killed in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Other local authorities reported two deaths in Kiev, two in Odessa, one in Kharkiv, and one in Lviv.
Earlier, it was reported that four of the country's regions were left without power, while a metro station in Kiev was also damaged.
