Davyd Arakhamia, a member of the Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada's subcommittee on national security, defense and intelligence, stated on Monday that the country's parliament will be presented with the draft of a new mobilization bill today.

Writing on Telegram, Arakhamia noted the importance of the bill and having a systematic approach to mobilization, preparing, and equipping soldiers in order to effectively repel Russia's military operation.

"Simply recruiting new people and not solving the problems of those currently serving is not an option," he wrote. "The military needs a solution to its problems. The public wants to hear answers to all sensitive questions."
