Verstappen wins Miami Formula 1 sprint race

Max Verstappen of Red Bull team claimed the victory in Miami Formula 1 sprint race that took place this Saturday at Miami International Autodrome circuit.

Verstappen finished the 100-kilometer-long sprint race and took the top podium spot ahead of Charles Leclerc of Ferrari who finished second with 3.371 seconds behind. Sergio Perez of Red Bull completed the podium in third place with 5.095 seconds behind the winner.

The main event of Miami F1 weekend, the grand prix race is scheduled to take place on Sunday at 4:00 pm local time, where a three-time world champion and current leader Max Verstappen will look to continue his successful 2024 campaign in pursuit of his fourth championship title.
