WH disagrees with social media contact decision

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre remarked on Wednesday that the administration disagrees with the US District Court for the Western District of Louisiana's decision to seek to block contact between the government and social media companies.

Speaking to reporters at a press conference, Jean-Pierre said that the Department of Justice (DoJ) is reviewing the decision and that the White House will retract from commenting on the matter until the DoJ's analysis is concluded.
