Major US equity indexes traded higher on Friday's premarket session, a day after the release of the Federal Reserve's favorite inflation gauge.
During yesterday's session, it was learned that Personal Consumption Expenditures (PCE) in the United States rose 0.2% in January from the previous month, while the core PCE Price Index saw a higher increase of 0.4% on a monthly basis.
The Dow Jones was flat at 4:23 am ET, while the Nasdaq 100 added 0.33%, and the S&P 500 rose 0.14%. On the currency front, the euro was also flat against the dollar, selling for $1.08132.
