Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in his latest video address called on "the free world" to designate Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism.
"Together we can overcome Russian terror," Zelensky stated, condemning Moscow's attack on Ukrainian energy infrastructure, which left many of the country's citizens without electricity. "This is a sign of the desperation of those who invented this war," the president said.
Zelensky went on to call on the European Union to introduce its eighth package of sanctions against Moscow and increase military aid to Ukraine.
