Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky urged European leaders on Tuesday to work together with Ukraine to "stop the Russian war machine" or else "they will come to you." Zelensky took part in the meeting of the United Kingdom's Joint Expeditionary Force, which also includes the Scandinavian and Baltic states, as well as the Netherlands.

Zelensky said Russia must be stopped on Ukrainian soil before "the destruction of democracy" spreads to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, or Poland. "We all are the targets of Russia... Help yourself by helping us," he said.
