Zelensky: War will end when Russian soldiers leave Ukraine

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky (pictured) stated Thursday, answering the recent truce proposal made by Moscow, that the war will end when Russian soldiers are out of the country "or thrown out from it."

In a video address, Zelensky emphasized that in order to end the war faster, Russia must free itself from the fear of Russian President Vladimir Putin "even for 36 hours."

Moreover, he finally stated that Moscow was seeking a truce as a cover to halt the advances of the Ukrainian troops in Donbas and, in that way, bring more equipment.
