Russian President Vladimir Putin stated on Wednesday that his US counterpart Joe Biden explained to him why he called him a "killer" earlier this year and that he is "satisfied" with his explanation.
However, the Russian leader was quick to point out that in the US "someone is killed every day." Meanwhile, Putin also told reporters that "hundreds" are also killed in Afghanistan by US-led strikes.
After Biden described Putin as a "killer" earlier this year, Putin responded that "it takes one to know one."
