Dutch electronics company Philips N.V. announced Monday that it would cut a further 6,000 jobs to reorganize its workforce, in addition to the 4,000 job cut announcement made several months ago.
"This includes the difficult, but necessary further reduction of our workforce by around 6,000 roles globally by 2025," Chief Executive Roy Jakobs said on the company's official website.
Earlier on Monday, Philips reported a net loss in the fourth quarter of 2022 that hit €105 million.
