Russian envoy says IAEA inspections resumed in Iran

Russia's Permanent Representative to International Organizations in Vienna Mikhail Ulyanov stated on Tuesday that International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) inspectors returned to Iran's nuclear facilities.

"IAEA inspectors, who were temporarily withdrawn from Iran's nuclear facilities due to tensions in the region, have already returned to their duties there," Ulyanov wrote in a post on Telegram.

IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi previously announced that inspections will continue on Tuesday after Iran temporarily shut down its nuclear sites on Sunday.
