Volcano Group, a far-left group, claimed on Tuesday the recent attack aimed at Tesla Inc.'s Gigafactory located near Berlin.

"We sabotaged Tesla today," the group said in a letter that emerged on the kontrapolis.info website, adding that it was targeting the "electricity supply." "Tesla consumes earth, resources, people, workers and in return spits out 6,000 SUVs, killer cars and monster trucks each week," it was written in the letter.

Previously, Brandenburg Interior Minister Michael Stuebgen vowed to take action against those behind the strike.
