French far-right National Rally leader Jordan Bardella (pictured) said on Sunday that he intends to be the prime minister "of all French people" after the first projections showed that his party won 34% of the votes.
Bardella ensured that he would respect France's constitution, but stressed that he would be "uncompromising on the policies we will implement."
Furthermore, he underlined that the second round of legislative elections, scheduled for July 7, will be "one of the most decisive in the history of the Fifth Republic."
