In a statement via Al Masirah TV, the military spokesman for Yemen's Houthi group said that the group carried out drone attacks on two facilities of Saudi Arabia's oil giant Saudi Aramco.
The spokesman also stated that Houthis deployed 10 drones against the two facilities, in Abqaiq and Khurais, vowing that the group would broaden the extent of attacks on Saudi Arabia.
Earlier on Saturday, two of the oil company's facilities were attacked by drones, causing fires. The authorities said there were no casualties in the incidents and that the blazes were put out by Saudi Aramco's security teams.
