Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro ordered the relocation of the European headquarters of the country’s state oil company PDVSA to Moscow, Venezuela's Vice President Delcy Rodriguez said on Friday.
"President Maduro ordered to close the Lisbon office of PDVSA and move it to Moscow," Rodriguez stated at a joint press conference with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov during her visit to the Russian capital.
Russian President Vladimir Putin voiced support for Maduro after Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaido declared himself inter president of the South American country.
