Milei wins Argentina election as Massa concedes

Argentinian Economy Minister Sergio Massa conceded the victory in the country's presidential election to his rival, National Deputy from the City of Buenos Aires Javier Milei (pictured).

Speaking at a press conference, Massa said he called Milei "to congratulate him and wish him luck, as he is the president the majority of Argentinians elected for the next four years."

The official numbers from the country's electoral commission are yet to be unveiled.

Argentinian President Javier Milei will supposedly travel to the United States this week to meet with US President Donald Trump, CNN reported, citing two unnamed government sources. Milei's flight is likely to depart tomorrow and arrive in the US on Thursday, the sources said.
