The United States reserves the right to sanction Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in the future "if necessary," White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki (pictured) stated on Monday.
"Our objective is to recalibrate the relationship [with Riyadh], prevent [killings like Jamal Khashoggi's] from happening again and find ways ... to work together with Saudi leadership while still making clear where we feel action is unacceptable," the official asserted.
Additionally, the press secretary said Washington is "disappointed" with Iran's refusal to participate in European Union-mediated nuclear talks.
