Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) CEO Kirill Dmitriev (pictured center) claimed on Sunday that the global demand for the Sputnik V vaccine is "excessively" high.
"We definitely see an absolutely excessive demand for the Russian vaccine across the world, and this is due to the fact that it shows the best results both in terms of efficiency and safety," the executive asserted.
Earlier today, Bavaria's Prime Minister Markus Soeder called on the European Medicines Agency to speed up the approval process of the Russian jab.
