Russian Defense Ministry said on Sunday that Ukrainian forces fired on civilian targets in the Kherson region, shelling a school and a kindergarten in the village of Kiselevka, as well as a cemetery on the outskirts of the Shirokaya Balka settlement.
"As a result of the shelling, there were injured and dead among civilians. The buildings of the school, kindergarten and private houses were seriously damaged. Due to the consequences of the shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the residents of these villages are partially deprived of electricity," the ministry claimed.
