Former United States President Donald Trump slammed on Sunday the United States Postal Service (USPS), expressing his concerns about the issues that might arise, should the mail provider be in charge of the 2024 presidential elections.
"[USPS] has admitted that it is a poorly run mess that is experiencing mail loss and delays at a level never seen before. With this being the FACT, how can we possibly be expected to allow or trust [them] to run the 2024 Presidential Election? It is not possible for them to do so. HELP!," he exclaimed in a post on Truth Social.
Previously, the National Association of Secretaries of State and the National Association of State Election Directors brought into question the service's reliability, adding that currently existing issues could disrupt the voting process.
