Ukrainian Energy Minister German Galushchenko said on Wednesday that Russia is "again massively attacking" Ukraine's energy sector.

"The transmission system operator shall take the necessary consumption limitation measures to minimize negative consequences for the power system. As soon as the security situation allows, energy workers will clarify the damage caused," the minister said in a Facebook post, urging citizens to stay in shelters "while the danger persists."

Earlier today, the mayor of the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv, Igor Terekhov, said that his city is under "massive rocket fire," with ballistic missiles heading towards it. He also reported that the attacks resulted in at least one person dying and two more in "serious condition" in the Kharkiv's Saltivskyi District.
