United States Senate passed a resolution on Thursday which stipulates Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman is "responsible" for journalist Jamal Khashoggi's death.

Senators voted unanimously for the resolution which urges the Saudi Arabian government to “ensure appropriate accountability.” The document was passed after a separate measure was adopted by the Senate calling for the end of US military support for the Saudi-led coalition in Yemen.

Yesterday, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo stated there was still no proof Saudi Crown Prince was involved in the "tragic incident."
