Zelensky to present his 'victory plan' on Oct. 16

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will unveil his so-called victory plan to end Russia's military operation in his country before the Verkhovna Rada on Wednesday, October 16, his office advisor Sergey Leshchenko confirmed on Monday on Telegram.

Previously, presidential advisor Mykhailo Podolyak told the media that the plan features "political, diplomatic, economic, [and] military coercion" of the opponent.

Previously, Zelensky presented the plan to certain members of the European Union and the United Kingdom.
