Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky underlined on Wednesday that the United States should be the one controlling adherence to the partial ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia.

Speaking at a joint press conference with Finnish President Alexander Stubb, Zelensky slammed Russia for its most recent actions. While Russian President Vladimir Putin promised yesterday that there would be no strikes on energy and civilian infrastructure, there was a massive attack on Ukraine after, Zelensky stated. "That is the value of Putin's words. Words are just not enough," he insisted.

Zelensky mentioned that if Washington is the subject of control, and there is a list of facilities that shouldn't be struck in Ukraine, then Kiev won't be hitting similar targets in Russia. Zelensky added that he is ready to provide such a list.
