Israel will win the war against Hamas with the help of the aid United States President Joe Biden promised Congress will send to that country, the nation's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu remarked on Wednesday.

While visiting the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) Kirya military headquarters in Tel Aviv, Netanyahu said that the two countries "are working together to secure the release of the hostages by all means possible." He noted that the two leaders "agreed on actions and deeds that ensure the continuation of our just war. We agreed on cooperation that will change the balance on all fronts, and help us to achieve the war aims."

Netanyahu also stressed that Biden's trip to Israel was the first time a US president visited the country during an armed conflict.
