Two pumping stations on the Aramco oil pipeline in Saudi Arabia came "under terrorist attack," Saudi Minister of Energy Khalid al-Falih (pictured) said on Tuesday, according to local media.
The minister added that these acts were aimed at disrupting oil supplies to the world. Moreover, top Saudi official noted that the kingdom will halt pumping on the major pipeline.
The announcement came shortly after Iran-backed Houthi rebels claim claimed the attack on the country.
