Syrian air defenses hastily responded to an "Israeli air aggression," The Times of Israel reported, citing Syria's state-run news agency SANA.
The attack was launched from the direction of Lebanon and targeted a number of locations surrounding Damascus. Some material damage was reported, but no detailed information was given.
This attack came following earlier strikes in the vicinity of Damascus, some of which caused the Damascus Airport to be out of service.
