At least 15 hurt in China earthquake

At least 15 people have been injured in an earthquake that struck China's southwestern Yunnan province, local authorities said on Sunday.

According to the China Earthquake Networks Center, the 5.5-magnitude quake's epicenter was registered near the city of Lijiang at a depth of 10 kilometers.

The authorities added that emergency teams have been deployed to the affected areas.
