Blinken condemns Iran's attack on Israel

United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken pledged to engage with allies and partners globally after Iran's strike on Israel, criticizing Tehran's retaliatory action.

In a statement dated Sunday, Blinken emphasized that Washington condemns Iran's attack "in the strongest terms." He highlighted the US commitment to supporting Israel's defense and safeguarding American personnel.

"While we do not seek escalation, we will continue to support Israel’s defense, and as the President made clear, we will defend US personnel," Blinken concluded.

Israeli troops kill 4 in West Bank's Jenin
Israeli forces killed at least four people in Jenin during raids in the occupied West Bank, the Palestinian Health Ministry said Tuesday. According to the ministry, Israeli troops stormed Jenin's eastern neighborhood, surrounded a house and targeted a site on Haifa Street in the west of the city.
