A Delta Airlines CRJ 900 jet triggered a safety warning system during a landing that saw it flip due to a fast descent, a Technical Service Bulletins' preliminary report showed on Thursday.

Namely, the safety warning system being triggered during landing indicates a fast descent, which could point to serious issues with the flight's descent management or equipment.

The plane that settled upside down at Toronto Pearson Airport left at least 15 injured, including minors.
