Erdogan: Armenia's actions unacceptable

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan accused on Wednesday Armenia of violating its peace agreement with Azerbaijan and dismissed its actions as "unacceptable."

Speaking to reporters at the opening ceremony of the Ministry of Youth and Sports' new student dormitory in Ankara, Erdogan stressed that "the whole world should know that we stand by our Azerbaijani brothers in the face of this development, as always." He also warned Armenia it will face "consequences" for its "aggressive attitude."

Earlier in the day, Armenia accused Azerbaijan of using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to attack its territory again, which Baku denied. Previously, in the wake of the most recent clashes between the two countries at their border, Yerevan said 49 of their soldiers died in the fights, while Baku estimated its deceased at 50.
