Equities in Europe traded higher in Thursday's premarket ahead of the newest report on consumer confidence in the Eurozone. Meanwhile, several economies, notably Germany, will unveil their latest numbers in inflation.
The DAX rose by 0.22% at 8:00 am CET. The FTSE 100 increased by 0.09%. The CAC 40 gained 0.19%. The Eurostoxx 50 grew by 0.42%.
The euro fell by 0.17% against the dollar at 7:58 am CET to sell for $1.05473. Meanwhile, the pound sterling lost 0.15% to the United States currency to change hands for $1.26604.
