An evacuation train will depart from Pokrovsk to Lviv, the largest city in western Ukraine, on June 18, according to Head of the Regional Military Civil Administration Serhiy Haidai.
"A free evacuation train will be delivered to the station in Pokrovsk on June 18 at 4:30 pm," he announced on his Telegram channel.
Pokrovsk, which is located in the Donetsk Oblast, became the latest target of Russia's military operation when it was shelled earlier in the week, leaving a number of homes damaged and several people injured.
