Hamas released the terms of the agreement with Israel on Wednesday, praising the "persistent and commendable efforts" of Qatar and Egypt in mediating the talks. The Palestinian group confirmed previously revealed terms, including the four-day ceasefire across Gaza exchange of 50 Israeli and 150 Palestinian women and children held hostage, and an increase in humanitarian aid to Gaza, including fuel.
Hamas also said there will be no Israeli air traffic in the south of Gaza throughout the ceasefire and in the north of Gaza for six hours a day. Civilians will be free to move, "particularly along the Salah al-Din highway," which spans the length of the Gaza Strip.
