Figures released by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Saturday revealed that 880 more Russian servicemen were killed on Friday.
According to its general staff, this means that more than 164,200 Russian service members have died since the start of the conflict in February of last year.
Moscow is reportedly said to have lost at least another five tanks, seven armored protected vehicles, eight artillery systems, two multiple-rocket launchers, 14 tactical-level unmanned aerial vehicles, three trucks and tankers and one unit of special equipment throughout the course of the previous day.
