Iran: US trying to impose unilateral global system

AZIZ NASIRZADEH

Iran Armed Forces Deputy of Chief of Staff, Brigadier General Aziz Nasirzadeh, stressed on Tuesday that the United States has always tried to create a unilateral system out of the international community.

Speaking at the Moscow Conference on International Security (MCIS), Nasirzadeh noted the key position of the United States' role in stirring crises around the world. He also claimed that Washington will not allow its dominant role in the hegemony it created to decline.

Earlier, at the same event, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov accused the West of causing crises around the globe with its policies.
