The United States held up the delivery of certain armaments for Israel, as the Biden administration showed concerns over the latter's Gaza policy, Politico reported on Tuesday citing a US official and six other people familiar with the matter.

As per sources, although the White House hasn't rejected the potential sale of Boeing-made precision bombs, it has delayed signing off on it, as it wants to send a political message to Israel.

Previous reports stated that this is the first time since October 7, 2023, that Washington has done this.
